Adult Acting Workshop

BooksAlive!

BooksAlive! is a playful introduction to the skills of acting and performing that culminates in a "story-theatre" production adapted and devised by the performers, ages 8 to 14.

The flexible format of the class helps to provide the right level of challenge for the student actors while allowing them to play multiple roles and encouraging their creativity in writing and improvisation.

The program culminates in a short touring production (community centers and other summer school programs) and a showcase performance.
